This policy explains what information Nura collects on this website and how we use it. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join the waitlist for the Nura app. If anything here is unclear, please write to us athello@nuraheals.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. If website analytics are enabled, we also collect privacy friendly, aggregate usage data such as page views. This analytics data does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your email for one purpose: to let you know when Nura is ready. We will not send marketing blasts, and we will not message you before launch unless you ask us to. You can ask to be removed from the list at any time.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run the waitlist. Your email is stored with Loops, our email provider, so we can contact you at launch. If analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data is processed by Cloudflare. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
The Nura app
When the app launches, it will have its own privacy details. As a summary of how we think about it: your journaling sessions are encrypted, your journal content is never shared with your partner, and only anonymised patterns surface in the partner space. We do not sell data.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do any of these, or to leave the waitlist, emailhello@nuraheals.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
